This involves the preparation of interim Accounts for a business, whether it is on the request of a Bank Manager or for their
own internal management information system.
Typically Management Accounts are prepared on a quarterly basis, however they can
cover any period inside a business’s annual accounting year.
We can either visit a client on site to prepare Management Accounts
using their own Accounting Software, for example Sage, or figures can be extracted from the client’s accounting system and adjusted
as necessary to be processed on our software.
The advantage of having up to date Management Accounts is that the financial position of the business can be reviewed earlier than
waiting until the year end. This enables management to make proactive decisions to assist in the growth of the business rather than
be reactive after the year end accounts have been prepared.
